Who will do my treatment?+
Me, every time. I am Bernadette Tobin, an independent nurse practitioner and a registered general nurse for over twenty years (NMC PIN 05G1755E, which you can check on the public NMC register). My career has taken me through acute medical wards, community nursing and advanced clinical practice, and I hold an MSc in Advanced Practice (Level 7), the master's level the NHS sets for advanced clinical practice. Nobody else injects at the clinic.

Will anyone see me arriving?+
No. I deliberately designed the clinic this way. We sit back from Friars Lane, behind electric gates, with private parking entirely out of view from the road — your car can't be seen from the street. There is no signage on the building, no shopfront, no waiting room window. You walk straight through a discreet entrance, the door closes behind you, and you are the only client in the clinic. Many of my clients tell me Visage is the most private clinic they have ever used. That is by design, not by accident.
How long is the drive from Maldon?+
Thirty minutes via the A414 and A12. Free parking on Friars Lane, discreet entrance, strictly one client in the room at a time. Many Maldon clients combine the trip with lunch in central Braintree.
Is Profhilo a filler?+
No. Filler adds volume in a specific area. Profhilo spreads through the skin and stimulates the body to produce its own collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. The result is hydration, glow and texture improvement, never volume change.
How much does Profhilo cost?+
Single session £180. Course of two sessions (four weeks apart) £380. The fee includes the genuine IBSA Profhilo product. Profhilo Body priced separately at consultation.
How quickly will I see results?+
Most clients notice a soft glow at 2-3 weeks after the first session. The biggest visible change is around 8 weeks after the second session. Profhilo improves gradually rather than dramatically.
How long does Profhilo last?+
A course of two sessions typically gives 6 to 9 months of visible benefit. Maintenance every six months is common.
