Me, every time. I am Bernadette Tobin, an independent nurse practitioner and a registered general nurse for over twenty years (NMC PIN 05G1755E, which you can check on the public NMC register). My career has taken me through acute medical wards, community nursing and advanced clinical practice, and I hold an MSc in Advanced Practice (Level 7), the master's level the NHS sets for advanced clinical practice. Nobody else injects at the clinic.

Will anyone see me arriving?+
No. I deliberately designed the clinic this way. We sit back from Friars Lane, behind electric gates, with private parking entirely out of view from the road — your car can't be seen from the street. There is no signage on the building, no shopfront, no waiting room window. You walk straight through a discreet entrance, the door closes behind you, and you are the only client in the clinic. Many of my clients tell me Visage is the most private clinic they have ever used. That is by design, not by accident.
How long is the drive from Great Dunmow?+
Twenty minutes via the A120. Free parking on Friars Lane. A calmer experience than crossing into Chelmsford or Bishop's Stortford.
Is Profhilo a filler?+

How long does Profhilo last?+
A course of two sessions typically gives 6 to 9 months of visible benefit. Many clients return every six months for a single maintenance session.
