Me, every time. I am Bernadette Tobin, an independent nurse practitioner and a registered general nurse for over twenty years (NMC PIN 05G1755E, which you can check on the public NMC register). My career has taken me through acute medical wards, community nursing and advanced clinical practice, and I hold an MSc in Advanced Practice (Level 7), the master's level the NHS sets for advanced clinical practice. Nobody else injects at the clinic.

No. I deliberately designed the clinic this way. We sit back from Friars Lane, behind electric gates, with private parking entirely out of view from the road — your car can't be seen from the street. There is no signage on the building, no shopfront, no waiting room window. You walk straight through a discreet entrance, the door closes behind you, and you are the only client in the clinic. Many of my clients tell me Visage is the most private clinic they have ever used. That is by design, not by accident.

Will my lips look natural?+
That is the entire approach at Visage. Conservative dosing, a two-week review, hyaluronic acid filler only. We start small and add later if you want more. The aim is "your lips on a good day".
Is lip filler reversible?+
Yes. We use hyaluronic acid filler exclusively, dissolvable with hyaluronidase if needed. We keep reversal product on site for both elective dissolution and emergency use.
How long does it last?+
Typically 9 to 12 months. The product metabolises gradually so lips return to baseline smoothly rather than deflating overnight.
