Me, every time. I am Bernadette Tobin, an independent nurse practitioner and a registered general nurse for over twenty years (NMC PIN 05G1755E, which you can check on the public NMC register). My career has taken me through acute medical wards, community nursing and advanced clinical practice, and I hold an MSc in Advanced Practice (Level 7), the master's level the NHS sets for advanced clinical practice. Nobody else injects at the clinic.

Will anyone see me arriving?+
No. I deliberately designed the clinic this way. We sit back from Friars Lane, behind electric gates, with private parking entirely out of view from the road — your car can't be seen from the street. There is no signage on the building, no shopfront, no waiting room window. You walk straight through a discreet entrance, the door closes behind you, and you are the only client in the clinic. Many of my clients tell me Visage is the most private clinic they have ever used. That is by design, not by accident.
How long is the drive from Colchester?+
About thirty minutes via the A12 and A120. Free on-site parking. Many Colchester clients arrive after over-treatment at busier salons and prefer the quiet of a single-client private clinic.
How much does lip filler cost?+

Will I look obviously done?+
Not if dosed correctly. We start at 0.5ml, review at two weeks, and only add if needed. The aim is "your lips on a good day", not someone else's lips on yours.
Is lip filler reversible?+
Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if you change your mind or experience a complication. We use only HA filler for exactly this reason.
How long does it last?+
Typically 9 to 12 months. Lips dissolve faster than cheeks because they move constantly. The product gradually metabolises rather than disappearing in one go.
